10 things to do at your work place

1.    Avoid Elevator and take steps if your work place is not at first level
2.    Get up after every hour for a 10 minutes and read or work in standing mode.
3.    If you have any questions or want to discuss with your co-workers walk up to them. If someone
comes to see you and want to discuss stand up and proceed discussions. Unless, this hurts  discussion purpose with your manager or employee. Be judgmental about it.
4.    Park your car in office to have good walk daily and manage to be in time to office or at home.  Five minutes of walk should not hurt you much.
5.    Every hour while you get up; drink at least sip of water.
6.    Carry big water bottles which you fill up in 

 the beginning of day. This should give you good amount of water intake in a day.
7.    If you cannot have breakfast at home and come to office, then buy oats and milk or any instant 

       breakfast items and keep it in office kitchen for you. Once you reach office you have something 
       healthy and of your choice to breakfast on busy days.
8.    Take at least 15 minutes out every day after or before lunch time to learn something new that 

        you need most or browse to add value in yourself.
9.    Compliment at least one person daily and make them smile.
10.  Set up alarms on office mailbox to remind you about hourly get up and water or anything that 

       needs to be done at particular hour which you may skip with excuse – “doesn’t recollect to …” 
       fill your gaps to find that out!
